• 2-10 Warranty Inspector
• Maryland Home Improvement Contractor, License # 44621
• Completed the Maryland Lead Paint Supervisor Maintenance / Repainting Training
• Completed the Maryland Lead Paint Visual Inspector Training
• Completed the strenuous membership requirements for InterNachi
• Passed background checks by FBI for the IRS and Homeland Security for FEMA

Experience:

• 7 years experience as a custom carpenter, building everything from 2x4 walls to custom cabinetry.
•  4 years experience as a field commercial superintendent, managing the construction of: clubhouses, swimming pols. tennis courts, warehouses, etc.
• 10 years as a active Licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor.
• 18 years as a residential construction manager, managing the construction of over 1000 single family homes, town homes, and condominiums. I most likely managed the construction of a home just like yours.
• Conducted over 400 inspections.
