• Caulking gun - spend the extra dollars and buy a good one
• Caulk - bath. tub, and tile (color as needed) interior, exterior
  
• Screw drivers - you should get an assortment
  
• Spackle
  
• Paint brushes
  
• Small hammer
  
• Putty knife
  
• Assortment of Allen Wrenches - You may want to get extra of the small one that fits the towel bar and toilet paper holders
