A Home with 2 zone heating takes longer than one with 1 zone. Every additional bathroom above 1 takes longer to inspect.

A Home with a "A" roof with no turned gables takes less time than a Home with a Hip Roof or one that has several Turned Gables for the Home Inspector to Inspect.

Your Home is the biggest investment that you will most likely ever make, don't worry about hiring a Licensed Home Inspector that needs to get done quickly because they gave you a CHEAP price. Remember you get what you pay for.
